VYSA 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Please be advised that the Vancouver Youth Soccer Association's (VYSA) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on Monday June 13, 2022 at 7:00pm via ZOOM.
A Voting Member must be present at the ZOOM meeting to vote and cannot appoint a proxy for such purpose.
Only VYSA Voting Members may vote and are defined in the VYSA By-Laws as:
i. VYSA registered Team Officials to a maximum of three (3) per Team; OR
ii. VYSA Soccer Referees registered with the BC Soccer Association and approved by the VYSA
iii. The President and Secretary of a VYSA member Club.
All those planning to attend the meeting must register no less than 48 hours in advance of the meeting start time by e-mail to: AGM@vysa.ca
