VYSA sponsors annual scholarships to both female and male players. Up to four scholarships in the amount of $1000 each are given out.  More information about qualifications, application deadlines and the application forms are available on the VYSA Scholarships page.

The district gives out an annual award - the Pioneer Award, to an individual who either has in the past or is currently serving with the Vancouver district and has made an outstanding contribution to youth soccer. A listing of all recipients of this award can be found on the Pioneer Award page.

Finally, the VYSA district recognizes individuals who have made the highest outstanding contribution to the promotion of youth soccer and have shown a willingness to perform extra duties above and beyond expectaciont. This award is called the Lifetime Membership Award and is only given out as the situation warrants such an accolade. Recipients of this prestigious award are listed on the Life Membership Award page.
